All orders are first come, first served during each specific GRAD SZN. Orders are created and shipped based on the order of submission received in conjunction with your graduation date. Our turnaround time for orders are 3-7 weeks depending on our workload.  We will not guarantee that you will receive your item by a specific date before this timeframe. If you need your item before our regular turnaround time, we will assess if we can accommodate. If your order needs a guaranteed date or to be rushed, you will be charged a fee. 

Fully customized Cap Toppers AVERAGE range from $80-$200. Price varies based on items that are displayed on cap topper. If you are working with a budget, one of our Freestyle Cap Toppers with limited customization might be the best item for you. 

We advise to not schedule any photo/video shoots until you receive your items. We are not responsible for any rescheduled shoots due to our policy being communicated before placing your order.
