We do not guarantee any expectation dates. We advise for you not to book any photo/video shoots until you receive your item. We are not responsible for any rescheduling due to our provided policy.

Please understand that USPS & UPS has experienced delays with processing and delivering packages due to COVID-19. Once your package has been given to them, we are not able to expedite their turnaround time. Please contact the carrier with your tracking number to file a claim if their are any delays with your shipment.
