You will receive a link and a calendar invite to access zoom after purchased. Please note that Consultations are up to 1 hour, you will not be refunded for any time not used.
Prior to your consultation:
- Please review the website to see your options for your items.
- If an item is not listed on the site, it may be available as an option. Please provide picture item reference for us to review.
- Set a budget for the amount you would like to spend
During your consultation:
- Communicate your proposed budget for your items. This will be helpful for us to know while we plan. Cost of items will not be reduced based on your budget.
- We will review options and proposed suggested colors or add ons.
- The consultation cost will be applied as a store credit once your group is ready to purchase your items. You will be responsible for any additional charges for your order outside of the consultation payment.
Once purchased, we are not able to refund any consultation payments. We are not able to refund any amount that is not used. All sales are final.
